I have put on a lot following my bypass 6 years ago, I am trying to save hard to have revision distal bypass in Latvia. I’ve done loads of research and my friend had a full bypass there and has had amazing results.

Thank you, I'm still a size 16 but hopefully soon knocking on 14s door. Once I'm off the other tablet and I've given my old ticker a couple of weeks to adjust I'm going to get fitness crazy. I want to meet my hospital target by June next year which will be 2 years!

It just makes me remember, they operate on our stomachs not our brains. I can eat fatty food post Bypass but I choose to keep it to a minimum, I have not tried sweet sugary food, I really don't want to know if I can have it or not. I've told myself I can't and I stick to sugar free...
