Thankyou @Mazza . I had scrambled egg for breakfast and have just had shepherds pie for lunch, both were really good. I'm just so happy that I could only eat a tiny amount, I simply could not control my portion size pre op so this is amazing!

@MrsN @maggy @Chill Thankyou , i'm really pleased with my loss and hoping to be another stone lighter in time for Christmas. Have you got goals that you want to get to before xmas or just happy the weight is coming off?

Sorry that was a little misleading, 1 stone 4lb since op, 10lb lost pre op.

Two weeks today since my op and feeling great, amazing feeling not being hungry ! Having stitches out today, can't wait they are so itchy. Best of all i'm 2 stone lighter ! Starting puree stage tomorrow a little concerned about getting enough protein /calories but its got to be better than...

Thanks@MrsN its great to be on the other side ! Yes have had plenty anti sickness meds and lots of painkiller .Finally managed the required 5 cups of water by 10 ish last night ,who knew it would be so difficult to just drink some water . Anyway im feeling better already and am able to stand up...

Thanks, apparently endoscopy is routine pre op procedure at this clinic. I have had one previously(they found a very small hiatus hernia) and itwas just horrendous so really nervous about having this one .

Hi Damien I arrived in Brno about 5 o'clock, am now at a hotel for tonight and I'll be taken to the clinic for 7am, lots of pre op test including the dreaded endoscopy and if all is well surgery in the afternoon. Best of luck for tomorrow hope all goes well for you.

Hi maggy my surgery is on Tuesday. I think we all have the same concerns regarding pre op diet, I really thought that i'd of lost more weight during the last two weeks but I can just hope that it's done enough to shrink my liver. I really hope you get a good result this time. @Damienw1...

I'm flying back on day of discharge, all being well of course. You certainly do have a house full, I hope you'll find time to rest! I'd hoping to lose 6 or 7 stone which should make me an acceptable weight for my height. I'm only 5 foot so im like a weeble lol. What about you target wise?
