When I sit down to eat I do totally forgot about what i might be doing to myself and now I feel very guilty because the only person I am harming in all that is myself.
I have stuck to mashed up fish and eggs but haven't been so good with water...
So tomorrow I will be 3 weeks post op and I have to say that moving on from liquids has been haaaaard....
I started off with scrambled eggs and fish pie with yoghurt but became lax very very quickly and have been nibbling on spoonfuls of rice occasionally and spaghetti hoops mixed with tuna...

Weight loss seems to have slowed down to a standstill over the past few days although according to my fitness pal I am not drinking/eating anywhere near enough so that's probably the reason why.

Its been a week since I had the surgery and i have lost i think 7 lb post surgery! Might be actually 10lb as that's what this website says but i write down somewhere my weight on the day, either way, a loss is a loss! I know every week won't be like this but am feeling pretty chuffed right now!

Thanks for the advice, I think its best I stick to milkshakes and watery soup in the case, but not overdo the liquid and pace myself. Is it ok to take the large vitamin tablets though? I didn't get chewable ones and have some that are about the size of my fingernail! Definitely don't want to...

Thanks for all your replies, I've lost about a stone using the milk diet but in the past I used to binge and purge and that is why I agreed with my consultant that the band was the best option for me to stop me binging.
I guess I am worried about completely having messed myself up internally...
