    55lb is an amazing amount to lose @Suffolk Joy . Sometimes its really strange when we do put ourselves first, because of all the years raising a family . You deserve to take time for you and do what you like the best.

    Don't sweat it jj I had my first poop today since the 12th. As Blingbabe quite rightly said the medications and stress can upset us little. I would be thinking of upping your fluids. But again it is early days give your body time. Sip, sip,sip xx

    You can try Arnica. That helps with bruising. Holland & Barrett or boots. It may help. I can't see why they would not seen as tubes go down your throat not up your nose. Let's hope they get back to you soon.

    The stocking thing does vary. I have mine for two weeks, with one more to go. My injections are for 7 days so I finish them Friday. I would consult your clinic. Before you do take them off. Just to be safe xx
