Hey not been on here for a while but 18months on after having my band here I sm 4stone 3lb lighter

This is why I've had my band well 1 of the reasons I want to ride agen I couldn't part with him had him 7 years I'm goin to try scrambled egg tomorrow x

I don't seem my surgeon till 18tj as he's away I'm hoping he gives me the go ahead to try differet food all I'm eating is mash and sloppy foods and still blending chunky soup altho I think I could prob manage more, when did you start exercising I'm dying to start riding my horse x

I'e lost about a stone which I'm pleased with and yea so far I am I'll feel better once I'm able to ear properly ha ha cab you eat toast and how long was it before you could? X

I am much better now even eating fine I get my first fill on the 14th x

A week tomorrow I have had my band and I've not been able to manage much but today I'm starving not ate loads but keep wanting more any ideas?

Banded 5 days and go and my god I'm struggling got what feel like hunger pains but I don't feel hungry in agony with wind and under my bust feels like I have a brick on it just all round feeling shit at the mo sorry for my language need to eat and can't find anything i want

I'm 4 days banded post op not feeling too great have pain in my side's and top of my back not sure if its wind and also just below my bread bone and keep goin dizzy was anybksu else like this x

It went ok went ok to be fair in a bit of pain so been dosed up all night dreading being at home with no painkillers through a drip tho so hopefully I'll be given strong ones for home x

It went well my surgery has been moved to thurs I'm excited now x

No I'm starting it Friday as my surgeon has said a week is long enough what type of foods did you eat for your pre op I'm waiting for mine to come in the post with all the info I have my ore op on the 7th and surgery on the 10th x

My surgery is booked for 10th Nov I weigh 18.5lb I'm a little scared mostly of band slippage any advice? Most people I've spoken too have said they know people who have had gastric bands and they are much bigger than the start
