I am doing okay thanks Maria. I don’t post weekly anymore but I do like to follow the diaries still, unfortunately mine are usually a little boring!:(

Glad you are soon able to get back to full fitness as I know you have missed it. On the operation front it seems to make sense to get your weight stable before the operation. :p

Glad your now post op and doing okay. Trying to rest is never easy in hospital but all being well you may be able to get home soon. Keep sipping and congratulations on joining the losers bench! :p

I understand how you feel when your missing something that helps your weight loss and fitness but you are still doing extremely well to maintain your weight despite being unable to use the gym which is not an easy thing to do. I will be keeping my fingers crossed next week may show another loss...
