Wow I'm so pleased for you and as for the boobies I say good for you I've sent a friendship request so I can see your pics hope you don't mind, obviously it's of great interest to me seeing what I might look like next year. OMG I can't wait and I'd love a boob lift too, but can't see me...
It will be sometime next year. I'm having the op on the NHS so to obtain funding I have to maintain at BMI 28 or under for a year so should be about April.
Thank you for sharing your experience with us. You seem to have made a very quick recovery, hope I'm as lucky lol. Looking forward to seeing your pics.
Glad to hear everything went well. Just looked at your pics and you're looking good hun, but it does look very painful. Take it easy and get plenty of rest and you'll be back on your feet in no time.
Thank you for sharing your experience with us, it really is helpful for all us who are...
Wow that is quick. In my neck of the woods funding has to be agreed before you even get to see a surgeon. I waited 3 months just to get a reply from the pct.
Congratulations. I'm hoping to have one on the nhs next year. My pct asked me to apply again when I have maintained my weight loss for a year.
Good luck and let us know when your op is.
I can totally relate to your story re: having less body confidence since losing the weight, although I'm married and didn't have to warn my husband I still feel I look worse naked now than I did before I lost the weight.
Good luck hun, I'm hoping to have a T.T next year, so will be very...
You really need to know their reasons for refusal, before you can fight back. I have lost just over 5 stone and my pct refused on the grounds that I need to maintain my weight loss for a year. So I'm going to reapply again next year. My pct sent me, and my gp a letter advising the reasons...
Your GP needs to apply to the pct for funding. Get on the case asap it can take months for them to make a decision.
Good luck and well done on the weight loss.
My gp requested funding fof a TT for me I meet the criteria set by my pct but have to maintain for a year. Hopefully this time next year I will have a flat tummy instead of this gross overhang I have at the minute.
