Yes I know what you were all thinking. I'm over 6.5 stones lighter than I was 6 months ago and previously I would never have even attempted to get in the bath as the last one I had I got stuck and was terribly uncomfortable.

Today had quite an active day and went swimming so have eaten more than usual.
Breakfast fage yoghurt with honey drizzle and apricots
lunch at the spa so just had a starter of chicken wings(5) with salad
dinner cod fillet dusted with cajun spices and baked in...

tea - quite a big portion!!!!! of home made chilli - just the meat sauce
snack - slither of victoria sponge, 1 banana
B - small omelette with ham and mushroom and sprinkling of cheese
L - was very late but had 2 slices of pastrami with lettuce and gherkin
D - small portion of fish pie with peas
S - 3 crispbreads with small hummus pot, banana and 2 party ring biscuits
had a good day today with eating a wide range of food so feeling quite positive for the future.
