Recently there have been a high number of posts which break the forum rules. I'm referring to posts that include:
Swearing
Text speak
Giving out medical advice where not qualified to do so
Questioning admin actions
Trolling and flaming
None of these should be happening so I thought it was a chance for a timely reminder of the forum rules which can be found here:

Any future instances will result in warnings and potentially a ban from the forum.
As the only active admin member around, I haven't got the capacity to review all posts but when objectionable content is reported, action will be taken.
