Been in Hospital

Had a bad time since last Thursday. Taken into hospital on Saturday. Had allergic reactions to lanprozole & omneprazole. Very bad acid reflux & vomiting uncontrolably.
Ended up in Acute Care Unit on drips etc.
Saw surgeon & no problems with sleeve.
Complications due to my allergies, finding acid reflux very hard to handle dispite new medication.
Seeing team today at hospital.
Boo hoo as I was doing so well.:cry:

Sorry to hear this Bellydancer.

If you are allergic to Omezaprole and other anti-acid meds, could you ask your bariatric team if removing your gall bladder might be an option?

I know some post-sleeve (and even a few post-bypass) patients who suffer severe acid reflux end up having the ball gladder removed.
