Helpful BMI calculator that works out what you are, and based on age, height and weight was BMI you should be... (gives variations depending on different medical perspectives)

Got to love a link that tells you women tend to set their BMI and weight expectations too low (I'd personally settle for anything below titantic at this point).

Anyhows - - thought I'd share for anyone else trying to work out goals..

I worked my ideal weight as being 13 stone 9 pounds then. Bit if a difference from the current 21.12 I am now and my 'supposed' ideal weight of 9 stone 12 according to most weight charts. What have others found their ideal weight to be from this chart?

What a great idea, the weight suggested was a lot more realistic, and managable, than the normal (insane) bmi calculator. I liked this one a lot more.
