Yikes ... so .......well after reading this forum for ages I've decided to take the plunge.
Yay you might think but now I'm sooo confused about the choice between the wrap (i know it's not done here yet,) the sleeve or the bypass.
I may be considered fortunate to many and I do count my blessings in certain areas but this fat kid deserves her one wish. To be a branch on the 'skinny-tree' of life.
BMI is currently at it's lowests at 33.3 (dives for cover and awaits judgement

Obviously money isn't so much of an issue and I would be grateful for some guidance off these forums where the knowledgable and friendly folk collide :wave_cry::sigh:
