Can any of you experienced hoseheads please help me? I have had no problems with my CPAP since starting it in September, lovely sleeps, sleeping right through the night, no daytime tiredness, and only a couple of nights of rain down the tube attempting to drown me...
Well for the last week, I feel back to square one again...I am waking 4-6 times a night, the hose seems to be constantly wet and dripping over my face an pillow.
Any suggestions what's going on here?

oh no dani, hope u get it sorted soon! maybe you have a leaky hose?

Have you got a humidifier attached to the machine? If so, it might be set too high - try turning it down. A low room temperature will also cause rainout, so make sure your bedroom isnt too cold at night! Sometimes wrapping the hose with something insulating like a bit of fleece scarf or similar helps. I made my tube a little boob tube out of a scarf, but you can buy them on the internet - a bit like pipe lagging! Hope this helps!

As it has suddenly gotten colder I would agree with the advice above. For the time being, put a pair of leggings or pjs over the tube and have it under the cover with you. See if that helps. If not, you might need to get the hospital to check that the machine has not developed a fault.
