this is really aimed at banders/sleevers/wrappers as I know it's different for bypassers, but I take a multivit/multimin one a day, used to be superdrug, but have changed to forceval at dieticians insistence.
I have read though about people suggesting getting precriptions from their GPs for various things...zinc, magnesium, selenium, b12 ect
My question though is.. is this suggesting that to help RLS or hair loss etc an "overdose" of these vits & mins are required because surely you're getting the 100% rda from the one a day tablet aren't you?
