Your welcome Bev, i thought it a good idea to give folk a 'taster' to see if the gym could be for them. So frustrating if you sign up and find you don't like it or it doesn't fit in with life.

I would say to anyone who is thinking of having a try, don't wait till you've got some days off work. Use it during your normal life, that way you'll know if you have time/energy for it xxx
