Hi all,
recently discovered a brilliant although american video podcast. Go to itunes and look for Bariatrictv or go visit the site at BariatricTV to watch it online and view their forum.
highly suggest giving it a look as they have great topics everyweeks with links to other Bariatric related sites. Also some wls friendly recipes!!! I am not affiliated in anyway to btv, just wanted to share! Enjoy, i know i do!

I watched a vsg op on youtube once or twice. I'm not squeamish I can cut the head and tail off a fish without flinching...but I squeal if I accidentally cut my finger....yeah its time for me to go to bed now lol.
