Has anyone had recent experience with Cosmetic Bliss company?

I posted about this company last year and got a reply from a lady who was delighted with them. It's run by a couple who escort you to Brno in Czech Rep and stay with you right through. You can have the band or sleeve done by Michael Cierny and it costs a lot less than the UK. Only problem is there's no real aftercare as such, apart from phone calls. They recently opened a new obesity clinic and the standard of cleanliness is apparently a lot better than UK.

I quite like the idea of having company as there's not really anyone who could go with me to england.

i'm new to this forum and have been asking people about cosmetic bliss too! I'm planning on having the band fitted with them later this year. My uncle had the sleeve with them last sept and i went with him for support and i found them all to be fantastic, helpful and clean. I met Deb and Michael that own the company and i was lucky enough to meet Dr. Cierny and his team. they all filled me with lots of confidence and i cant wait to go with them. as for the aftercare i can only talk for my uncle and he is very impressed with the aftercare, he has a lady called cassandra that does his main aftercare and she is very good on the nutrition side and very helpful with any questions, i have spoken to her a couple of times my self and she seems to know what she is talking about. well good luck on your journey lyn and keep me posted.

Hi Anne, thanks for your message. So your uncle had a good experience and hopefully you soon! I keep meaning to get my passport but forgetting etc. It's holiday season now so it'll takes ages prob lol.

How much has your uncle lost? Any complications?

Lyn no it doesn't you can get it within 2 weeks if you do it through a post office, mines due a renewal, i got the forms from the post office just need some new pics to take in with it. You pay a premium for them checking it and ensuring its completed properly before sending it it, but it is worth doing

Thanks Tender. Mine's my first ever passport (bless me lol) and said on leaflet it'll take longer and I may have to attend an interview but let's hope they don't delay. I'd better hot-foot it to the PO and get a new envelope and get it done and dusted. Takes me ages to do anything.

Hmmm you have got me thinking now. What are the prices like in Czech compared to here in Britain? My sis in law is from near Brno so I would have people near by.Do they do tummy tucks and the like -not thinking of one at the mo obviously but would be interested for a couple of years time when a) have lost most of my weight and B) have saved up my pennies (assuming the crack that has appeared in my front room does not turn out to be subsidence that is!)

Hi and wecome to this site.i have being with cosmetic bliss last year and they are fantastic.!! my experience is they are always in contact with me and offering advise and support.There is a young lady called Cassandra that will call you and send you loads of things and advise on what to eat .Also will give you healthy recipies for after weight loss surgery, it really helped my wife as she is not good with nutrition and healthy eating. Good luck get your passport it does not take long ,i got mine within two weeks ,so you could be going soon .All the best.

Thanks for your reply Rupert. I saw on your other post that you're doing brill. Only thing is, I am not sure the sleeve would suit me, it's a shame dr cierny doesn't do gbp too as i think it'd suit me better.
