I was just told that my body would reach a natural healthy weight and my weight would stabilise. not sure how it works and to be honest was so excited at the thought of reaching a healthy weight i din't really ask any more questions. i will def be asking them when i next see them in november x
The stomach gradually stretches, it never goes back to full size but over time you are able to eat more. Eventually you reach the point where your intake matches your usage and so your weight stabilises. This is generally before you reach 'target' and so you have to then use exercise to help get rid of the rest
