In a rut!

Need some new main meal protein ideas please, I currently have.

Various Spanish type tortillas hot and cold
Chicken Chinese coated in five spice and soy sauce,chicken curry,chicken stew.
Beef chilli
Bean based chilli, refried type beans and mixed bean salads
Prawn curry, prawn omelette.

I tried fish two weeks post operation and it dint seen to agree with me, should I try again
 
I love making tarka dhal full of protein
beef keerma
split pea and ham soup or make it really thick and it becomes stew like
honey chicken legs, very little honey is used for this dish
a Vietnam ese dish called " shaking beef" look on you tube for this
fish pies with carrot mash
home made meat balls , can make them spicy if you like that or add a small piece of cheese in the middle of each meat ball for a little something different

or try tou tube for high protein meals see what that has to offer
 
I love fish at the moment - it seems to be the one thing I know I can get down. I make fishy pie, fish soup, or just bake a salmon fillet in the oven, splash of milk and pepper, and have with mash and crushed carrots. Lush!

I also have chicken thighs a lot - with different rubs and sauces - be it chinese or indian based - I like experimenting with my spice rack!
