Intelligent Fork

Marketed as the worlds first intelligent fork, it tracks the speed and frequency of mouth to plate and vibrates if too fast to encorage slower eating it also has other features that work with its smartphone app. seems like a interesting concept, wonder if it will take off, or maybe just another weight loss aid gimmic ive registerd my interest may get one and give it a go price is around the £60 mark so bit pricey but could be fun to try.

Love the idea but that is not a cheap gimmick lol

Think for now will make do with my teaspoon and pickle fork

reminds me of the one I have seen with them selling with pot noodles that spin to help you pick up the noodles easier.. not sure it would remind me to slow down though, I would more probably think I am brushing my teeth

I think I will do as Amanda is doing ..sticking with my teaspoon and baby fork! Much cheaper
