Hiya Sarah!
I didn't do the milk diet. Can you have slimfasts, or tesco's versions of it? I had my surgery done through the healthy weight centre so i did their 5 day diet.
I would think if you can't drink milk, just healthy eating??

Hiya Sarah, just tell your surgical team your issues with milk and they probably have another diet you can use. I did the low cal/low carb one (800 cals I think) but your surgeon/bariatric nurse can adjust it for you. Also, if it is a lactose problem, you can always do soy milk. Don't worry, they'll sort it out for you.
