Oh my god,how quick has this year gone?Suppose its cos I am so wrapped up in getting myself right this time.How fab will all you Guys and Gals who have had their surgery look at the parties this year?I know I never go to parties or nights out,just feel too uncomfortable.My pet hate is when people insist on you getting up to dance.FFS Im fat sweaty and tired leave me here with my diet coke and ice.The excuses Ive made over the years.Hopefully next year will be different...:sigh:

Well- I never ever do parties (not a people person) and I don't drink so while I am not a Christian and never put a dec up, I *do* go overboard buying presents for my unfeasibly large family - so I pretty much got all of mine in January!

Saying that - I really hope that this year brings you an entirely new experience and you get up there and shake 'ya bootay' !!!

Christmas - baa humbug. Way things are going at work it will be 2 weeks off with unpaid leave so Christmas is banned in my house. Least I wont be spending money on rubbish food.

My eldest is with her dad in Florida this Christmas. That always makes it harder on me. But the twins are now 3 and really into Christmas so hopefully it will help get my mind off of it.

I always had a rule with my son. Not to mention xmas until December- or no pressies. Cruel I know but come December he always made up for it (and still does).

Oh I cant wait to go out this Christmas, all my weight will be off (hopefully), I will have River Island & Topshop bought out!! I cannot wait, im so excited, I hate going out at the minute, cant wait to show off my new figure :bliss:

Have quite a few presents bought already, have the children's teachers got for The Body Shop - Filled Vanity Case they arrived in the post yesterday, they are great, the stuff inside is brilliant, have loads of dvd's bought for the children from Santa among other stuff, I start in the summer so im not spending a massive fortune all in one go come November, Crimbo will be here before you know it!!

julie a few last year was on the pre op diet on christmas day, i really felt for them as it must of been hard.

i'll be 4 months post op by then and it will be a christmas of firsts for me. Ill hopefully be lighter than i've been for a few years and because of the job i do i'm having my 1st christmas off in 4 years. We are off to tenerife for Christmas with friends we have a villa booked so looking forward to having a swim again a 1st for years. It's certainly going to be different xx
