Post Ops - What do you know now that you wish you'd known as a pre op?

Hi All

My name is Nikki and I'm new to the site. I'm pre op RNY (Op date 17th April). I've done loads of research but I thought it would be good to get some views on the following as you can never be too prepared!!

• Now that you're a post op, what is the one piece of advice or information that you wish you knew as a pre op or would pass on to a pre op now?

its amazing how quick u feel back to normal, more healthy and positive. Also how worried i was pre op about the op but how easy it really is..'life begins post op' good luck xx
