people has been telling me how lovely these are dunked and nice and filling for banders at 57 calories a slice.

OMG they are like bloody cardboard even when dunked.

yuk yuk yuk, anyone else like them as much as i do ?:8855:

£1.27 i just spent, im sure my garden sparrows will LURVE em if they have tuff enuff beaks !

I love the sesame ryvitas and tend to eat loads of them but dont dunk them yuck...I put cheese spread on them and prawns dont think that would go down well once dunked lol...xx

pop them in the blender first and the birdies love the crumbs...believe me thats what I did they are horrible things

ROFL yes that are somewhat tough, but i do use them as for soft things like cram cheese ect it helps

i love ryvita always have. just have to watch out for the fat content these days with the addition of seeds etc. why is it that all nice things have to have a higher fat content. lol

I love ryvitas (all flavours) with peanut butter ----- yummy!!!!! and the ones with the seeds are lovely on their own.
