Six months today.........

Can't believe my first six months has gone by already! Where does the post op time go to?

And 12 months Rybens.....whoohoo...doesn't seem like 2 minutes since I was reading all about your christmas dinner just a couple of weeks after your surgery. x

This time last year...........

It's amazing how quickly the time goes - this time last year I'd just had my surgery. I bet you can see a difference in those 6 months Julie, life changes so much as the pounds drop off! Fast forward another 6 months and you will look back a year and be amazed how your life has changed.
