Trying to change my signature picture

Hello, I'm trying to change my signature picture. I'm able to upload the new one, but I can't get rid of the existing one (below) and I end up with two signatures. When I tick the box to remove existing sig. it removes the new one. Help!

O - will delete that one, then you can start from scratch

There you go - if you click 'insert sig picture' now it should work
