Today for lunch I had something easy & yum.
Tuna Wrap:
I tin ww coronation tuna
1 whole & white mini wraps for kids (Sainsbury's)
Small handful of baby salad greens
Cucumber slices
Open can of tuna, spoon on to wrap, add sliced cucumber and greens. Voila!
protein: 10.3g
calories: 140
fat: 3.5g
carbs: 19.2g (3.6g was sugar, the rest was complex carbs)
I ate mine with some grapes.
