Bust -6.5 inches Chest -4 inches Waist -5.5 inches Hips -6.5 inches Thigh -4 inches Calf -3 inches Ankle same Upper arm -1 inch Elbow -1 inch Wrist -1 inch A total of 32.5 inches lost across my body to go with the 4 stone that have gone (although that was over a longer period of time) Tatiana |
