Newbie here - will be banded on 8th November 2015 - so halfway through my pre-op diet .. very excited but a little nervous!
I have tried every diet under the sun and then some .. I am a powerlifter (for the past 6 months) and train 5-6 times a week ... lifting 100kg a time .. so heavy stuff .... but I guess I'll be out of the gym for at least a month ..which I will find really hard .. for you more experienced post bandits - how long before you felt "normal" in terms of exercise? Walking, cycling etc?
