Food recipes relative to WLS, before & after!

I mentioned this site in an earlier thread after it was posted to me;

It will open up a whole new world of recipes. It will become obvious that it is American based, but I have sourced a lot of the ingredients she uses and you can easily find similar substitutes here.

It is the variety of recipes relating to WLS that becomes apparent and the thought & effort that goes into them.

I would recommend to any of our members that this site/blog is worth a visit.

I found this one the other day BariatricEating.com - BE, Inc. The number one bariatric website for protein, vitamins, and success. not sure how it compares but has some good recipes all very americanised tho!

I have this bookmarked and check it out almost every day. I like reading her blog and there are loads of inspirational recipe ideas. I keep meaning to buy an ice cream maker, as she has so many delicious sounding recipes for protein ice cream !
