It seems the honeymoon period is over :(

For the past 3 weeks I have been feeling hungry. I am 6 weeks post op and am starting to struggle.

I seem to be able to eat more and am worried I might have stretched my pouch, is this possible 6 weeks out??

An average days food is:

Handful of cornflakes and milk for breakfast
Mackerel in tomato sauce (1/2 tin) and 2 spoons of beans for lunch
Omelette with 1 egg, a little onion 1 x cherry tomato

Snacks usually a couple of Babybell and a class of warm milk with a couple of spoons of Marvel milk

I still can't stand the taste tea at the mo

Any suggestions would really be appreciated

Thaks guys

The head hunger takes work but your diet is ok, fruit and vegetables would be a good introduction though x

Protein snacks are the way to go (well it works for me)

Babybels, celery with philly light, slices of ham etc

Dont get me wrong I still crave all the carbs and sugar! :(

Been suffering head hunger all day :(

Just been drinking instead seems to be helping for me.

Done well over 2l so far
