Hi Rose - Just type in 'sugar free syrup' on Amazon site. Ignore any American ones (postage costs).Where do you get your SF syrop Paul ??
Sorry Chris, not meaning to tease, just tempt people to experiment if they are in a position to do so. I must say that now I am post op, every day is a new challenge with regard to cooking. I am fortunate that I work from home making cakes, etc., but still retain the passion for food and cooking despite the operation. Regards - Paul xpaul that sounds delicious - none for me pre op diet wont allow it boo hoo

Uk distributors; Blue Bird, Monin, Routin, etc., do them for £6+ or you can buy sets of three assorted flavours, etc. Get back in touch if you have any problems. i still use the 'Eggface' web site for recipe variations, worth a look if you are not already aware of it - regards, Paul xx
