If you struggle with getting enough fluids post op

Can I recommend one of these please. It is a backpack containing a 1 litre pouch, and has a pipe to drink from it coming out of it. I got one because I like going walking, mine is a 2 litre pouch, used it today when I was out doing a 5 mile walk.
I think it is fab because you can carry the water with you, and sip at it, so I bet you'd get through a litre in no time!

I'm going to keep mine filled each day, see how quickly I can get through the full 2 litres each time!

I take it that you mean the adults one, looks good and actually is something that I have been thinking about buying since the op.
Not a bad price either.

the kids one is good tho as it is very compact. The straps fit an adult too.
