I am pre op and I take 2 Metformin am and 2 Metformin pm as well as a Liraglutide injection (12mg) per day.

Anyone know if you still take these after the Op? I suppose the doctors will tell me, but I just have all these questions ! Lol.

In fact, is there anyone else here that has the Liraglutide injection at the moment???

You may be able to come off your injections if your Hba1c falls below 7.5 mmols, however I would keep you on the metformin for a while as it also gives you some cardiac protection. Once your below 6.1mmols for 6 months then they may stop it.
