A new victory for me. I managed to drink a glass of milk without it coming straight up again.
Still not mad keen on the taste but it kills two birds with one stone, it gets the fluid intake up and ups my protein intake.

So from now on I'm going to have at least a 250ml glass of milk per day as well as what I have on weetabix and in tea.

I'll have to try yogurts again.
