Morning Folks

Has anyone tried arnica pills to help recovery, am also thinking about taking some holland and barrett hair and nail supplements asap as i dont want to look like Kojak post op . Has anyone done either of these, and does it help ?

hi bellsie, wouldnt bother with the nail and hair vitamins, get yourself on zinc I started to take it last week and can see a difference already and my nails are growing like mad! I know a lot of the ladies on here recommend selimium for hair loss as its helped them a lot. Not sure about if either can totaly prevent all hair loss though!

Hi,

I used arnica pre and post op, the tiny pillules from boots. Can't say if it's related or not but I had a good recovery, no problems etc.
