Pre op diet

I'm due to start my pre op diet 3rd October. On the leaflet it gives a few examples of what u can eat. Wondering of those who have done the food one (not liquid) could advise on menu ideas plz x

I had lots of stir fry chicken or fish lots of green veg easy,tasty and quick to do used to add sweet chilli sauce and soy good luck
