Loving Being a Loser
Hi everyone
I'm three weeks post op and started puree stage last week and now gradually introducing fish and scrambled egg(so far so good). Even managing to get nearly all my 2L of fluid down daily, but i still don't know if i'm getting this right after having re-read the pouch rules. Typical daily menu is 2 tablespoons porridge with teaspoon fruit puree for breakfast, small fromage frais for mid morning and supper, tablespoon fish/egg with tablespoon veg for lunch and similar for dinner with a glass of milk mid afternoon. I re read pouch rules and i'm def not going 5 hours in between eating. Is it only at the 6 week mark that you can acheive this by "water loading" and eating solid food and do you experienced bypassers think my diet is ok. I've tried various protein shakes but just can't seem to stomach them. Appreciate your advice as i have 3 more weeks at this stage. Thanks x
