In my pack I have some recipie so here they are if u fancy some ideas!
Check with your own dietician as these are just one example of options
Basically it goes: aim for 50mls an hour of high protein drinks/meals and 1000ml other fluids for hydration in first week. Toward end of first week- In preparation for second week maybe double up one meal or two to 100ml see how you get on.
2nd week 1000mls of high protein fluids/meal and 1000mls of clear liquids.
15g is about 1 heaped dessertspoon or 2 teaspoons
The protein powder recommends 90% protein powder
Blend till really smooth
