My first appt was pretty quick but then i think it was the last one of the clinic, but i have heard horror stories like Bonitas so my suggestion would be for any appt's dont just allocate a couple of hours out of your day. If your at work book the rest of the day off else you'll only find yourself getting wound up with the waiting....
