Just thought i'd let you know someone has given me a bostin weight loss spreadsheet, works out your bmi, excess body fat the works. And it does your lovely graphs etc as well. Unfortunately i don't know how to attach it on here so if someone who does understand would like to email me on [email protected] i will happily email it to them for the doings xx

Wish I could help Julie - I`m what you call computer illiterate. I can`t even work one of those stickers for my weight loss. Hope some smart peeps come along soon to help.
