what cold remedies can you take?

Hi folks
Dont know if anyone can help but i feel I have a cold/sore throat coming. :cry:
Is it OK to take lemsips etc and are there any tablets that irritate the pouch?

Poor you, Im sure Lemsip will be fine - its paracetanol based so should help. Get well soon!
