Whats the best way to use protien powder???????

Thankyou! I've just ordered the marshmallow one and the peanut butter one - I thought that one would be nice with my banana protein powder. Can't wait for them to arrive now!

I'm so gonna have a look at that store! If you need a sort of runny consistency blend skimmed milk with fage and add your protein powder to that! X

I'm on liquid right now after just having my balloon filled and I'm getting quite bored with skim milk and Yakults. Hopefully these will mix it up a bit for me!
