whats your calorie intake per day

hey all quick question im 4 months post op now and doing amazing i can seem to eat anything but only small portions what i want to know is if your around the same months post op as me what is your daily calorie intake i am getting around 800 per day i try to get in as many as possible im feeling ok in my self if a little tired sometimes just wanna see what u guys are eating also xx

Sorry cant help cos I'm not at your stage yet, only managing about 400. Good thread though it will give me an idea of what to aim for in the coming months x

At my six week check a few weeks ago I was told that I should be aiming for 1200, but that 1000 would be ok. I don't eat anywhere near that. I have to see dietician again in a week or two and she wants to go through what I am eating to check it all.

I think I am more like 500-600. I am 10 weeks post op.
