Sickness

Those with more experience of bypass, please help.

I'm 4 months out and 5 stone down. My tolerance is getting better and easier, but I am still being sick about 3 times a week,

I've been told being sick is not good for me, I am scared of getting a hernia.. Has this happened to anyone?

I take lansoprazole daily to keep acid production low.

I'm scared I'm doing lasting damage. Is this correct?

When are you being sick? Is it after certain foods?

Yes, i was so sick last night with chicken and it took ages to come back up. I guess speed at which I eat play a huge part.

It does yes. You have to chew, chew, chew and eat slowly. Is it like slime or actual vomit?
