If you choose a different brand please check your supplement is adequate and make sure it includes the following vitamins and minerals

I take the Sanatogen a-z. Think I'll check with my provider as I only had my check up with my surgeon 2 weeks ago and he said it was 1 a day. He did say to take Vit D3 possibly for life though. Will double check.

I saw my dietician last week and she advised me to take 2 multi vits and add calcium. Think this guidance has just come out.

That's really helpful, thank you. I think my dietician wrote them, so hopefully I should get the same advice!!
Just been looking at your pics - you look so fab. Well done!
