Hi just reinstalled this on me new phone. I had the rny bypass 14 weeks ago now. Although i have lost 5st i feel i have hit a wall with losing more weight. I excersize 4-5 times aweek now nd im thinking about cuttin it bk to a few days a week. I am followin the diet plan, eating my fruit, veg ect

Yea me too. Clothes r really loose. Had to buy new gym gear as stuff i bought just before op i have to keep pullin up at gym. My new stuff is size 16-18 in adidas which is quite a small fit anyway nd wud normally of bought a size 20-22 nd wud of been a squeeze lol. Its fab isnt it. Im so pleased...

Really well. I was moanin coz tge weight wasnt shifting from my hips. My partner said give it time ots not gonna happen overnight. But lookin at them today tgey have gone down loads. Good luck with gym. Ive had a day off today but will be goin all week x
Thats amazing sunshine, well done.. bet ur over the moon with that. Im 6 weeks post op nd have lost 2 nd a half stone. I see dietitains next thursday im really hopin my scales r wrong and have lost more lol. As i feel like ive lost more xx

Its strange isnt it. Im bk to the gym too. This is my second week. Ive been workin along side my partner coz hes been showin me the weight machines properly! As i dont have a clue lol. For toning up. My cardio is alot better too. Can run a bit longer but i have to keep stoppin to pull me pants...
Wow sunshine 47lb down!! U must be very pleased. I must say im 5 weeks post op and have had a few dumpin episodes. Its not pleasent. I get really bad back pain lol xx

Hi everyone im 4 weeks post op. I went bk to gym yesterday and did cardio. Although it was great to get back into swing of things i really want to start doing weights to tone up. Would people recommend doing them at this stage or wait abit longer x
