3 monthly vitamin injection.

I'm reading some interesting reports on the 3 monthly vitamin jab, rather than read what could or may happen, I thought I would get it straight from the horses mouth, not that your old nags, horses, ponies or god forbid donkeys! So how do you feel after a shot, in the hours, days and weeks.

Is it a b12 injection? I have had them every 10 weeks for the past 9 years and when it gets to about the 8 week mark I am more than ready for it!
I think everyone must be different though and if your only getting it as a preventative measure as oppose to a cure it must be different. I suffer anaemia and no b12 in my body makes me so so tired cold and makes it difficult for me to sleep, I sometimes get so low I can go in the bath as haven't the energy to pull myself out it's awful.
