4 stone gone forever

I can't believe it I am 4 stone lighter in just 2 months - my clothes are starting to literally hang off me and I am actually beginning to feel well and build up my walking and activities. Although I have had no regrets throughout I am actually beginning to feel the health benefits and see the weight loss (in my clothes at least). I am so pleased that I chose this journey - it has changed my life already in just 2 months!!!!!!!!
