Going back to work next week. In my job, pre op i would spend 3/4 nights a week away, eating in resturants every night.

Does anyone have any advice for living away from home on a Gastric Bypass.
I've delayed the lots of travel for a few weeks, but need to go back to working at full speed in a few weeks.

Breakfast is easy... Scrambed eggs.
Lunch ... seen the posts about lunch on the move.
Dinner is going to be my problem.

Any advice appreciated.

Be honest with the hotel/restaurant, and most are accommodating. With chains, most list the menu and nutritional info on the website. Plan ahead. Don't stress.

Minced beef dishes are quite good, Chilli bolognaise etc.
I've been for lunch today with work, there was nothing suitable so I just asked them to do me some mash with veg and gravy. It was v nice actually!
As previously said most places are very accommodating! If they want your money, they will be!!
